Q. What is your service area?

A. We have a 20-mile radius to include Charlotte, Matthews, Belmont, Gastonia and Ft Mill.

Q. Do you offer free estimates?

A. Typically no, we estimate bathrooms complimentary but kitchens are a bit more involved and we determine the fee, if any, at the time of measurements.

Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A. We determine the needs and wants of the customer and help them to realize the project by setting a realistic budget and drawing the space to suit their needs.

Q. What should I think about when asking about a kitchen (or any) remodel?

A. My first questions to a customer are what investment do you want to make and how will you be paying for it?
We offer financing and we are 1 of 2 companies in the area that offer a same as cash program.

Q. How long will my remodel take?

A. Most bathroom remodels can be complete within 3-4 week and most kitchen remodels will typically take 4-6.

Q. How can I give my space a new look without completely remodeling it?

A. Sometimes it only takes a new countertop or a fresh coat of paint to update a kitchen or bath. The right paint is most important in this case and if the cabinets are in great condition that may be all it takes.

Q. How should I prepare for my project?

A. Just know your home will have people coming and going to work on your project. We do our very best to be as neat a possible and minimize the disruption as much as possible.

Q. If I do decide to completely remodel my home or a room in my home, what decisions are involved in this?

A. Decisions can be overwhelming during a remodel. By the time the drawings are finished, we will have addressed all the relative questions. It is our goal to help the customer make timely decisions on items any selections needed before the work begins.

Q. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A. We offer a competitively priced project and we work very hard to make sure our customers are happy when it is complete no matter the budget.

Q. Can you help with the design phase of my project?

A. When working with our customers they receive the expertise and 25 years of experience from a custom kitchen and bath designer

Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A. Recently, we did a kitchen remodel in Ft. Mill. This remodel took approximately seven weeks to complete. We ended up coming in on this project after another contractor walked out on the job and left it a complete mess. We made the best of a bad situation and everything turned out beautifully. The customers were delighted!
